Prior to starting McLean Bookkeeping, Ashley was the Director of Finance & Operations at MountainStar Family Relief Nursery for eight years, which kickstarted her love for non-profit work. She started McLean Concrete Construction with her husband in 2015 and has run the business finances ever since. Ashley and her husband built their concrete business from the ground up, using their name as the foundation to keep their work ethic strong and their values focused. McLean Bookkeeping takes those same values, dedication to local businesses, and attention to detail, and applies them to bookkeeping services.

Ashley McLean has decades of experience working as an entrepreneur, finance director, and bookkeeper.
Ashley has years of experience from small startups to working in large corporations. These experiences, along with her education in Finance and Economics with specialty training in Accounting and Non-Profit Management, helped her to grow and develop her leadership and financial skills before taking a leap of faith and starting her own company.
Ashley has a genuine passion for bookkeeping and for local community members. She has specialized experience in non-profit work, but has worked with a wide range of clients around Central Oregon and the rest of the state. From non-profits, construction, service industries to medical practices. Ashley is well rounded in your industry specific needs
